International Shipping
Do you ship to my country?
Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
What are my payment choices?
During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. Turnaround times are approximate and are listed in the product descriptions.

FOR ALL WHOLESALE, CUSTOM, AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Koalawalla is not responsible for any VAT, taxes, fees, or duties incurred upon delivery. This is the sole responsibility of the customer. If you have to pay import taxes and/or additional duties and sales taxes, then you would have to pay that to the courier upon receipt of the package(s). We can't calculate this for you and there is no way to pre-pay it. If you are drop-shipping or sending a gift item to someone, please make sure they are aware of the possibility of having to pay taxes when receiving the goods.

What is the return policy?
Items must be returned within 21 days of the ship to date. Returns must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Other returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please allow 7-14 business days for processing on all returns/exchanges. We are not responsible for return shipping. Contact kate@koalawalla.com with concerns.

Custom merchandise, including woven labels and leather patches, are not eligible for a refund or return. If there are any issues with the order, we will do our best to rectify the problem(s) so that all parties involved are satisfied.
