How do I return an item?
Items must be returned within 21 days of the ship to date. Returns must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Other returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please allow 7-14 business days for processing on all returns/exchanges. We are not responsible for return shipping. Contact email@example.com with concerns.
Custom merchandise, including woven labels and leather patches, are not eligible for a refund or return. If there are any issues with the order, we will do our best to rectify the problem(s) so that all parties involved are satisfied.
